Who is Suuefle?
Meet the baker behind Suuefle.
Many have asked how did the name "Suuefle" came about. It was derived from a combination of our baker's name, "Suhaili" and the dessert "souffle", a dessert that is available at a semi-fine dining restaurant which Suhaili used to work at.
Suhaili Mustaffa’s passion has always been baking. She started early in the year 2008 but as she was just about to enter At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy to pursue her studies, taking Diploma in Pastry and Bakery Arts, time was limited and it wasn’t possible for her to juggle both studies and taking in orders for her baked goods then.
